A 67years old female reported with swelling in the Left preauricular region for more than 2 years was diagnosed with Pleomorphic adenoma deep lobe of Left Parotid gland, was treated by experts in Department of otorhinolaryngology, under general anaesthesia the tumour was completely removed by surgical excision.
