Candidates who have been allotted through centralized counseling by the MCC of DGHS, New Delhi for admission to MBBS Degree course in Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences for the academic year 2026-27, are advised to report and complete the admission process strictly within the date and time specified in the ‘Allotment Letter’ issued by the MCC – DGHS.

Depending on Willingness for Upgradation, candidates will be divided in two categories:
*** Freeze Candidates – No Upgradation: Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seats and do not want to upgrade in next round will fall under this category. Candidates who want to join the allotted seat will have to visit the allotted institute physically for joining.
*** Float Candidates – Willing to Upgrade: Candidates who have been allotted seat but wish to upgrade in next round will fall under this category. They will give willingness for upgradation and will have to upload required documents for online document verification by allotted Institute. (There is no need to visit the allotted institute physically)
Kindly report along with original certificates and Tuition fees in the form of Demand Draft as specified. The certificates/documents to be submitted in Original along with 2 sets of Photocopies are:
- NEET UG 2026 Entrance Exam Hall Ticket
- NEET UG 2026 Score Statement
- Provisional Allotment letter issued by MCC 2026 of DGHS
- 10th Mark Sheet
- 11th Mark Sheet (State Board)
- 12th Mark Sheet
- Transfer Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Migration Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- APAAR ID ( 3 copy’s ) kindly generate with this link
- Candidate’s and parent’s Aadhaar card- Original and 2 photo Copies
- Passport Size Photos 6 (write the name of the Candidate behind the photos & Same photo used in NEET 2026 Hall Ticket)
- Post Card Size Photo 2 Nos (Same photo used in NEET 2026 Hall Ticket)
- “Hepatitis B Vaccination” Certificate 2 Photo Copies.
- Medical Fitness certificate submitted on the date of admission
- If there is a change in name in 10th /12th and the Degree Certificate, the original Gazette notification for the change of name and a copy must be produced
The candidate should also bring the following certificate(s), if applicable:
- SC/ST Certificate (Refer MCC Information Bulletin UG Counselling 2026- Annexure 3) issued by the competent authority in the standard format specified in the prospectus/information bulletin, in English or Hindi, with the sub-caste clearly mentioned. Certificates in a regional language must be accompanied by an attested English translation.
- OBC-NCL (Refer MCC Information Bulletin UG Counselling 2026 - Annexure 4) as per the Central List, issued by the competent authority; the sub-caste must tally with the Central List of OBC. OBC candidates must not belong to the Creamy Layer. BC/MBC certificates will not be considered.
- Disability Certificate (Refer MCC Information Bulletin UG Counselling 2026- Schedule 1) issued in online format by a duly constituted, authorized Medical Board as per NMC norms. No other PWD certificate will be entertained.
- EWS Certificate (Refer MCC Information Bulletin UG Counselling 2026 - Annexure 5) in the prescribed format, if applicable, for candidates under the General Economically Weaker Section (GEN-EWS) category.
NOTE:
- Candidates without original certificates / documents shall not be allowed to take admission.
- Candidates who have deposited their original documents with any other Institute/College/University and come for admission with a certificate stating, “their original certificates are deposited with the Institute/College/University” shall not be allowed to take admission.
- Allotment letter given by MCC of DGHS for admission is subjected to fulfillment of all eligibility criteria prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and medical fitness of the candidates. Those who do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and not found medically fit will not be admitted to the course of study to which the MCC of DGHS allots them.

FEE DEDUCTION & REFUND OF TUITION FEES PAID:
| Amount of Fee to be deducted from upgraded candidate by DGHS/MCC. Refund of Tuition Fees Paid by the candidate who got admission in different college on upgradation. |
₹ 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) In the event of candidate getting upgraded to a different college, the fee collected shall be refunded after Deducting ₹ 50,000/-to the candidate to a single account only. The candidates are instructed to follow-up the website www.mcc.nic.in regularly for the notices/instructions issued by MCC of DGHS,Government of India, New Delhi.
General Instructions:
- If a candidate fails to report on or before the last date and time specified by MCC of DGHS in the allotment order along with the original Certificates/Documents and/or fails to pay the tuition fee in full by Demand Draft/Electronic Fund Transfer through RTGS/NEFT with UTR No. on the day of admission, he/she will not be permitted to proceed with the admission process and theseat will be considered as vacant and will be duly notified to the MCC of DGHS for further action as per rules.
- If any candidate withdraws/migration/discontinue from the course of study in which he/she was admitted, after theexpiry of the cut-off date prescribed for admission to that course of study or in mid-term andthe seatis rendered vacant,the first year fee paidwill be forfeited and the student will also berequired to remit the ‘entire course fee’ for the remaining years of the course period.
- Students will be governed by all the University rules including rules for refund of fee, disciplinary rules, hostel rules and UGC/MCI-NMC Regulations for Curbing the Menace of Ragging etc.,
- At the time of admission, candidates should sign a declaration/undertaking form declaring that they shall abide by the rules and regulation of the University including anti-ragging Regulations of the UGC/MCI-NMC and observe good conduct and behavior and that they are bound by the University Rules on payment of fees/refund of fees.
- Parents /Husband / Guardian of the Candidate shall accompany with the students for signing in the declaration form. Other person will not be allowed inside the admission Office.
Candidate should report only during the working hours of the Admission office (10 AM to 5 PM).
